Rainbow 7 Gen Challenge

I created Ruby Anderson on the 26 July 2023 with her pre-selected aspiration and traits. I moved her to the chosen lot in Windenburg which I promptly bulldozed to allow us to start fresh and create a new house just for her. I realised quickly that the freerealestate cheat wouldn’t actually help much as we had a preferred lot to live in. Therefore, I permitted the use of one motherlode but only one!

Time to start earning that bread! I got Ruby working in the chef career trying to get her career off to a flying start. She quickly got promoted and we slowly decorated the house, money permitting. We started with the basics, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. As this would be the start of the generations challenge, I knew I wanted more than one bedroom. I mapped out space for two bedrooms and two further rooms upstars (purpose yet unknown).

We did have a few days with empty rooms until more money was earned. But needs must, so they say.

Small update 17/10/23. We are miles into Gen 1, almost finished the chef career. Yet somehow, Ruby is pregnant for the second time. As an elder. I certainly didn’t ask for this and yet the the Sims gods have delivered, in more ways than one!
